GOLDEN VISA HUNGARY: UNPRECEDENTED 10+10 YEAR RESIDENCY IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

The investment will grant the investor and their family residency in Hungary for 10 years, with no minimum stay requirement. Following the 10 year time frame, there is an option to extend for an additional 10 years. The duration of receiving the permit is 21-days following the submission of all necessary documentation.

OBTAINING THE GOLDEN VISA IS CONTINGENT UPON THE CHOOSING FROM THE FOLLOWING TWO OPTIONS:

The client has 3 months following the approval of their residency permit to choose one of the three options to secure their 10 year Hungarian residency permit.

Option 1

Investment of 250,000 EUR into a Real Estate Fund registered by the National Bank of Hungary.

Option 2

Acquisition of a Residential Real Estate Property in Hungary with a minimum value of 500,000 EUR registered in the land registry under a cadastral number free of claims, litigation and encumbrances. (Available from January 2025)

Option 3

A donation of 1,000,000 EUR to a higher education institution maintained by a public asset management foundation with a public mission in support of scientific research, education or the arts.
